He is a U.S. Navy veteran with 23 years of service as an Aviation Ordnance Chief, he brings precision, discipline, and a strong commitment to safety to every inspection.  His foundation in construction began before his military career, working as a carpenter with his uncle.  This work gave Phillip a deep understanding of how homes are built and where issues can arise.

After retiring from the Navy, Phillip earned his certification through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute and became a licensed home inspector in Virginia.  He serves the Hampton Roads community with a unique blend of military discipline and construction know-how.
